Shipping policy

For all UK's mainland orders we have a flat rate (Fully Tracked) of £3.95 per order. if your order can not be fulfilled in 1 shipment , we will ship your order in 2 separate parcels without extra shipping cost .

The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.

CLAIMS ON LOST PARCEL, DAMAGED PARCEL & MISSING ITEMS

1) It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their availability to receive / sign for the parcel in person at the delivery address which was provided by the buyer via their online order.

2) It's the buyer's duty to keep tracking your parcel until it is delivered to you. A notification email will be automatically sent to you with the parcels tracking number.  Out of Delivery & Delivered notification must be checked and tracked by the buyer; 

3) Buyers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and having a secure place for orders to be delivered.  If the parcel has been delivered into the buyer's property such as: inside the enclosed porch, inside the entrance etc , it will be the buyer's responsibility to keep the parcel safe and picked up immediately when the delivery tracking information updated. 

4) Lost /Stolen Parcel Claim on the parcels went missing inside the buyers property, it will be the buyer's responsibility to report the crime to police. 

*Please in 48 hours to inform us via email if the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered to your address but you have not received the parcel. 

* What to do if the buyers parcels had been stolen inside the buyers property?

  • Call police to report the Theft crime. 
  • Obtain the Crime Reference from the police
  • Obtain the Theft Investigation Report 

Here is a kind reminder on the delivery of Damaged Parcels: 

It is the buyer's responsibility to refuse the damaged parcel or empty packaging back to the delivery person! Accepting a Broken parcel will be at your own risk! We will not Refund Nor replace for missing items if you have accepted the damaged parcel from the carrier. </p>

Buyers must refuse the damaged parcels, please hand back to the delivery person and take video and photos for proof! Accepting a Broken parcel will at your own risk! We will not Refund Nor replace for missing items if you had accepted the damaged parcels without proof shown the condition of the parcel from the carrier's hands! 

If there is damage to the packaging please must REFUSE the delivery ! If an Empty parcel had been passed to you by carrier  please must REFUSE the delivery !

Please take few photos on the damaged packaging and keep the parcel untouched as the proof. 

Or If the parcel had arrived undamaged but with missing items inside also you will be requested to take photos and keep all packaging including the original shipping label,as the essential proof. 

Please email us asap ( must be in 48 hours ) with your proof for replacement or refund from us. 

Failure of providing and keeping the proof will be at your own risk. We will not replace nor refund on the claims raised for Missing items & Damaged parcels while the customers can not provide proof.
